Famous People who support random clubs

Met Sylvestre Stallone once through work, told us he supports Everton, wouldn’t stop talking to my scouse work mate about them.

Absolutely no idea why Everton.

Winston Churchill used to occasionally go and watch Millwall apparently according to historians.

None of The Beatles were known for following football but Lennon & McCartney attended the 1966 final: Everton v Sheffield Wednesday.

Never quite understood why Prince William likes Aston Villa?
Similar to David Cameron, they don't have genuine links with the club but it helps them look like they are in touch with the common man.
Villa tend to be in the Premier league, are uncontroversial, big enough to maybe win something but not a club for glory hunters like Chelsea or Man United and geographically they are located in the middle of England so North South thing isn't an issue.
To be fair to Billy Windsor he actually seems to be quite into it, obviously Cameron wasn't!!

Why is it that so many TV actors / 'celebs' support the p**s chucking Wet Spam?
Winstone, Cordon, Dyer, Brand, Lennox Lewis, even bloody 'George' off London's burning & too many others to research & mention.
More interestingly, does anyone know if we have any celeb supporters? Judas, Oystonite Chizzy is not a celeb 🤣

Mick Miller is a regular. Bill Beaumont used to sit in the South Stand back in the day.

We used to stand near Brian London in the 70s. Never seemed to kick off round us...

I once saw Bill Beaumont buying a pie at Bloomfield.
Think he was buying it for Andy Reid, as he he didn't have time to queue at ht

The only 2 famous fans I could think of were Bill Beaumont and Graham Kelly, the former sec of the Football League.

An honourable mention for Sir Jim of course. As well as being the best summariser R5 ever had, he always gave the Pool a mention during whatever game he was watching, usually in response to a question by the commentators.

The Nolan Sisters, Roy Harper. Roy Harper played at a rock festival held at Bloomfield Rd and told the crowd while pointing at The Kop “ I used to stand in that spot there.”

Adolf Hitler was a huge fan of SV Braunau and anticipated them to go on and dominate European Football till the next glorious Reich! Till a certain Otto Oystonstein took over the club after buying it for 20 Shillings and promising a glorious future with a mega-stadion!

Poor Adolf never got over the deceit and promised “Nicht Ein Fennig Mehr” and went on to invade Russia- unfortunately not a lot more is known about the poor lads outcome other than to appear on an obscure English message board under the pseudonym “Trammo”.

West Ham have a big catchment area - all of the North East End, (apart from Orient diehards) and into Essex. My in-laws live in mid-Essex at Witham (Priti Vacant territory), and that's all West Ham.
