Agreed, these past 6 games certainly count for something if you zoom in on the specifics of what he's done and had to work with.
He certainly has to be a finalist, but ultimately he's not nailed on like everyone thinks he should be and we as fans need to prepare expectations for if he doesn't get the job.
The way some people are talking about him is only setting themselves up for disappointment if it's not him.
There appears to be a strong list of candidates (way stronger than last time we were hiring a manager in League 1) and I will back whoever is given the job.
