Hi all, I’m hoping someone can settle an argument for me.
After the play off win against Scunthorpe, our first home game of the 92/93 season was against Exeter according to 11v11 site ( my memory isn’t all it was).
If someone has a copy of that programme, could you confirm/refute that Billy Ayre wrote a message acknowledging that the fans who were ejected from Wembley, against Scunthorpe, were not to blame for the incident?
I’m only guessing it was in that particular programme as it seems more logical.
