Whilst that strategy worked out for Fat Sam, it does not for thousands of young lads every year.

To be fair he had a cracking career as a player and he ended up with the top job, and of course a decent living at the end of it.
Hope he puts his feet up rather than carry on because there's no point if you cant live to enjoy it.

just think if Vicki Oyston(little knowledge of football!!) hadn't sacked him after we lost to Bradford City in the PLayoff second leg, he could have got us into the Prem years earlier than Ollie.
