It feels good to be a Blackpool fan again after last seasons disasters. Really looking forward to today's match because we look like a football team again and inside the ground the fan's feel it too.
The manager knows how to set a team up and also how to improve the team. We've brought in some quality players and it's set the tone for hopefully a promotion winning season. UTP

Things are looking really good at the moment but no doubt there will be pitfalls on the way. We have a tough match today and may well come back with nothing. The challenge is how do we react to those setbacks. I am sure Critch will make sure the team have the right reaction but I do worry about some of our fanbase.

The last two times we have been promoted from this league we have started off very slowly before coming strong and narrowly missing out on an automatic promotion. Both times we have had numerous fans calling for the manager's head after a few games in. It would be really nice to start strong and romp to automatic promotion but we are Blackpool and that is not the way we work.

I’m afraid balance and patience are a rare commodity on here….some go up and down on a minute by minute basis on the Match day thread…long term plan would be alien to them….
