Funny thing is I'd been telling somebody about that match yesterday especially bearing how dominant Liverpool had been for years.
F.A. Cup Final day in the 70's were always massive TV events.
Leeds vs Sunderland 1973 was a hell of an upset.

Watched that game in a pub full of scousers whilst on a weekend in the Isle of Man. Michael Thomas was my hero that night.
