Tickets go off sale from the BFC ticket office at 4pm Friday but POTG is available Saturday from Reading’s South Stand Ticket Office (in between gates 9 & 10). This will be open from 13:30. Note that the Select Car Leading Stadium is cashless.

Car parks at the Stadium have SOLD OUT. There is an offsite car park (called Car Park 6) which is around a 5-10 minute walk from the stadium, availability is limited now so strongly advise booking in advance on the Reading FC website, bookable until 11am Saturday (subject to availability). Alternatively, there are Park & Ride options for parking as they are far easier to access to/from the M4!

There are no dedicated visiting supporters' pubs in Reading town centre, or in the vicinity of the stadium but there are ample refreshments available at the ground itself. Visiting supporters are welcome to make use of the Fan Zone- which opens 90 minutes before kick off - outside the Sir John Madejski Stand. It will also be showing the Coventry v Sunderland game on the big screen.

Cheers. Useful about the fan zone as with one Mackem and 2 others who are sympathetic to the Sunderland but Seasiders.

For those Pool fans who like real ale, the 2 best pubs in the centre of Reading are The Nags Head and the Ale House both less than 10 minutes walk from Reading Station. There is a football special bus that runs from the Nags Head to Reading FC’s stadium and back again after the match.

Why, the welcoming circumstances described in the o/p, coupled with our current form, certainly create an alluring vision of February travel to Berkshire that only a fool would be able to resist….😉🤣

It's still a possibility I'll attend with my lady, as is the likelihood we'll get at least point, but need to watch my team play it on the ground, have at least one shot on target and give me something to be positive about, so, whilst I admire those who travel, would be hard-pressed to watch this team if it was playing "kerby" at the top of my street

Kerby that brings back memories, along with Wallie, happy times 😎

There was free parking at the Stonehouse restaurant / pub as long as you ate food there (pre book a table online) when we went to last seasons midweek fixture (great evening despite the miserable weather, we won 3-2 after being 2-0 down at HT).
Good luck to those going, I swapped this weekend to work so I could have the weekend of the PNE fixture off (just hope I get a ticket this time).
