My Dad does but only because I set it up for him. It might not be effort for us but would be to most. Finding a service and using Apps such as Downloader needs a bit of IT knowledge.

It needs very little IT knowledge, as long as you can follow simple instructions or follow a video showing how it's done it's incredibly easy.
