Why havent we ?Same people who moan about paying for a product tend to be the same then saying ‘why haven’t we signed Haaland?’

I also bought my reserved st seat online and paid £15. No additional £2 booking fee. Thanks for the reply, I was assuming this.
However my mate bought his and he did not get charged a £2 booking fee.
How does that work?
Do you know if the print at home ticket will work on the phone using the bar code, or is the only way is to print it ?I also bought my reserved st seat online and paid £15. No additional £2 booking fee.

He didGood question …….id be surprised if he bought them online. If he did then its a question for the ticket office
It seems like rather a lot haven’t been sold - very poor effort so far if my reading of the seat maps is correctInteresting to look at Seat Booker at 4pm and see how many seats occupied by ST holders haven't been sold.
The whole idea of reserved season ticket sales ending Friday was so that on the day office ticket sales for the Exeter game wouldn’t be compromised. Most will pick up tomorrow
There are vast swathes of our fan base who don't do online or technology. The whole idea of reserved season ticket sales ending Friday was so that on the day office ticket sales for the Exeter game wouldn’t be compromised.
There’s five or six guys in the row behind me who all look in their seventies. I’ve seen them outside the turnstiles with their phones out with the season tickets on ready to go in. Never heard them complain about the tickets either. Guess as with most things there is a mix of people who embrace new tech and those who don’t.There are vast swathes of our fan base who don't do online or technology.
It struck me how old the fanbase was on Wednesday night at the EFL trophy game. Most were in their matchday seats even for that.
I bet hardly any of them get in using their mobile.
