For those that have asked for the interview to be a stand-a-lone video so that they can share it without the whole match day vlog in particular Chris Hull who once again was instrumental in arranging something so beautiful he is a very special man and also for everyone else involved in bringing Clare up to Blackpool to pay her tribute to the wonderful Blackpool Football Club medics who raced over and were first on the scene to try and save her dads life I am so proud to have put this together for you to share.
For me this video shows how wonderful we are as a club and as people from Blackpool. As I have travelled around the country this season with Jane filming our Football Tourist Guide videos we end up chatting with so many other football fans and every time we mention that we are Blackpool Fans we get a very similar reaction. They talk about how much they loved us in the Premier League giving it to the big boys, how sad they were that we got relegated, how we became their 2nd team, how much they respect us for NAPM, how happy they are that we are back and we got rid of the Oystons etc etc. it's the same over and over there is so much LOVE for Blackpool fans and it makes me extremely proud to be one.
But, this video goes beyond Blackpool and shows that we truly are #OneFootballFamily I think this is the most inspiring, uplifting, thought provoking, human video I have ever produced and I would appreciate a bit of help getting it seen by more people it truly is quite wonderful and Clare was so so lovely. It has made me cry and remember my dad and how much I still miss him but I always have such wonderful memories of our journey together that keep with me forever. Our dads are so important, they are the ones that brought us to matches and the ones that we have cried tears of joy and sadness together with over the years.
Please help me share this video by retweeting it or sharing it on Facebook or your social media especially with your friends especially those that have lost their dads. I would really appreciate some help getting it 'out there' I feel that it encapsulates everything about being a football fan, how wonderful we Blackpool fans are, how family is so important and how much our dads mean to us and no matter how roughly we can be seen and treated by say the police or how we can at times be portrayed in the media that in actual reality we are in the main just one big massive football family who share a love of the beautiful game and how much it means to us as it weaves its way through the journey of our lives.
Thanks for reading and helping me share this if you can, thank you
