I think he was pretty solid in the league 1 promotion season, albeit from watching online as it was the covid season. I would agree it seemed that the Championship was a step to far him.

Always seemed like a decent guy who gave everything for us. And jumped up another notch with the picture above!!

Speaking to reporters after Salford City's surprise victory over PNE earlier in the week, Garbutt said: "I'm not being unduly modest here but, I have to say, the part I had to play was simply down to the shirt I wore for the game. It's one I've been using since the start of the season after I'd heard of a player at another club saying for the past two seasons it had been a suspicion of his to always wear the same shirt for matches, his reason being that it brings him luck if he starts games in the same garb ..."
