Anybody reading the thread will see that it was actually me who clarified the matter for you.

I don't hate people just because they happen to hold and express views that happen to differ from my own.

It would appear that the same can not be said of your good self.

It’s a good job I’m in a tolerant and patient frame of mind today.

You wrote the above at 11:25 this morning.

I wrote my clarification at 11:38 to which you replied at 11:48

I clarified the reason for my earlier clarification only for you to assert that you had clarified the matter for me

You then made the spurious claim that i hate people just because they happen to hold and express views that happen to differ from my own

A clarification would certainly be in order. I hope that clears things up. It just that you seem to be getting worked up over this
 
p.s. I do hate people who hold racist views but I’d like to think that you’re not suggesting that I should tolerate them for holding and expressing views that differ from my own

You may be of the opinion that you are tolerant and that you are in a patient frame of mind today but it is clear for everybody to see that you are prejudice and discriminate against those who hold and express differing - and non abhorrent - views to your own.

that’s a weird statement. But good to see that you, too, find racists abhorrent. Not everybody does on this site

I do find racists and racism abhorrent along with everybody else on this site but that is not what I said.

I said that you are clearly prejudice and discriminate against others just because they hold and express different - and non abhorrent - views to your own.

When you say prejudiced and discriminatory, what exactly do you mean in the context of our discussion

I disagree with you about everybody on this site finding racists and racism abhorrent. Does that make me prejudiced and discriminatory?

I said everybody but maybe I should have said almost everybody or the vast majority.

Like many others on this site, you appear infatuated with racism and constantly look for a race angle when it just doesn't exist.

My comments on your prejudice and discrimination have nothing to do with race, I am suggesting that your comments directed at me on this thread have been made because my views on matters happen to differ from your own.
