Did I miss something? Just gone on the BG website for the first time in years and that whole FTFC section has disappeared. Love to see it, just wondering why?

Case still going on, waste of tax payers money cos no way on earth he’s guilty, hopefully when cleared he will empty his office at Highbury straight down to the tram stop at Stanley road, jump off at st chads and take residence in his new office at Bloomfield road 👍🏻

I remember Owen Oyston telling people there was no way he’d be found guilty. Seems a judge repeatedly blocked attempts to have the case against Pilley thrown out, so clearly someone thinks there’s a case to answer…

… unfortunately given the near-complete media blackout we’re really not in much of a position to consider the strength of the case against him, nor of the quality or nature of his defence.

From a rule of law perspective, the blackout is rather disturbing. He is, after all, a high-profile businessman and a major employer.

off point, anyway going back to the original point the hatred that the gazette is stirring regarding our manager is nothing short of disgusting, I’m a bit pissed off that our board have not told them to sling their hook🙁

I know some of what you say will be tongue in cheek Seaside but rather sad that so many appear to be happy to convict the man and send him down before he's even found guilty.

He's a very successful man who completely turned his life around after adversity, I'd rather admire his achievements than hope he gets convicted/locked up.
 
The media silence generally is quite odd. The highly sanitised Cod Army Facebook page makes no mention of it, and their fans have made no effort to keep each other informed, as far as I can see. It's a long trial, for sure.
