So I am 50 this year. Which celebs do you think phwooarrr for who are in your generational age range?

And probably my favorite Amanda Holden. She must make a lot of effort but she is just well fit.

Sarah Greene. Been making a bit of a presenting comeback in the last year, still got it.

Helena Bonham Carter. She was dead good recently as Nolly . the sacked soap opera from Crossroads who re invents herself as a cabaret performer. She once played Elizabeth Taylor . And was recently on radio in a daphne du maurier play with Bill Nighy. She has a voice that would melt icebergs at fifty yards. Purrfect older mans phwooar.

Just on our last night in Liverpool, what a great City. 66,000 steps, absolutely knackered, but well worth it . Some wonderful things to see, places to eat and of course the pubs. I have to admit that wherever we've been we've been made to feel very welcome.

One downer, a bloody seagull shit on my coat today it will now need a good clean as it won't come out of the fabric with soap and water.
