Get Dobbie in and some decent players to prepare for an assault on next season asap.
Critch can go, things aren't going to get any better, he's had enough time, his away tactics are abysmal, they aren't working and aren't likely to. Take Connolly, Carey, CJ, Virtue and a few other league 2 players with you.

Dead right! He is clueless - in after match presser he was bemoaning that Orient did not play the way they normally did, then respond you idiot! But no, that is not his fault……..he then said we had moments in the first twenty mins…….WHEN? Just the once, the only time we gave service to our forwards when Kaddy tried to play in Bees.

He always blames the opposition, our players or the referee - never takes ownership of his tinker man interference! All season long whenever we have played well, not too many times by the way, there is always five or six changes! Never say same again, so there is no chance for consistency and understanding.

He constantly talks about ensuring the players who have missed out on being in the squad get a chance, he said this pre match on Monday - result Virtue, Carey and Connelly back in the squad after there miserable performance v Peterborough last Tuesday. He is a poor man manager, surrounded by yes men - Stadler and Waldorf the assistant coaches. So the smarter players can bully / con him into getting a game.

Just unbelievable!

Critch isn’t going anywhere unless Simon is telling porkies or he was giving him his ‘vote of confidence’ in his interview with Radio Lancs

From Simon Sadlers interview, "If he (Critchley) doesn't do it this season, he'll just have to do it next season"

Critchley is going nowhere anytime soon.

I would suggest we do some tongue biting and support the team. Yes, with a different manager we'd play in a different way. I would say with Wellens we could be automatic. But, we're with Critchley and Sadler wants to keep Critchley. So, moaning on here is fine- and justified - but at Bloomfield let's get behind the team.

Please can we stop the Dobbie in shouts. I have no problems with potting Critch but to demand a convenient promotion form within is small minded we need to be getting promising coaches from Prem level or a proven up and coming EFL manager.
It’s why Dobbie should have been made Critch’s assistance as a year on the touchline would have been invaluable.

I do wonder what the reaction would be if Dobbie were manager and we were in the same position, I bet we suddenly wouldn't have DABESTSQUADINDALEAGUE for one.

Guaranteed he'd get more leeway from people on here.

Well firstly, he isn't the manager and has not created a situation like this, and secondly he'd get more leeway cos he has never handed his notice in just after signing a fiver year deal and just scarpered without a word to sacrifice his own credibility on the altar of Stevie G. 😉

See, already making excuses for him.
