That first half was a breath of fresh air compared to our recent performances
 
Nevermind all the hard work Husband has done since he joined us. Calmest, most stable player of this shit show of a season for us along with Jerry. I’d say he’s bought himself at least a couple of get out of jail free cards.

Really, here's me thinking he's been awful for several weeks. Today again at fault with some of the worst defending I've seen, well since Husband gifted Cardiff a goal.

If it wasn’t him it would have been Thompson making mistakes.

We’ve been down for about 4 months now so I’ve just accepted it. It is miserable, I think we can agree there.

Oh I agree, it's part of the reason we are going down. Husband of late has been horrendous however, Thompson may have been poor but even he hasn't made mistakes as bad as those by Husband of late.
 
Husband is and has always been a league one player at best! Hoofs it up the line, constantly gives it away or plays it to the bloke next to him, makes stupid mistakes all the time - just a complete liability and he’s gone under the radar with most fans for ages because ‘he’s a good lad’

There’s definitely a change in his body language last few games. I think they’ve just given up. We could blame MM or maybe we just aren’t good enough for this league right now. 😒
 
Managers haven't helped, so have injuries and our poor recruitment but pretty much every player has let themselves and the club down. Week in, week out, they've been awful. Today was an impressive 1st half yet we still manage to throw away a lead and make it an easy win for them. So many of this squad need showing the door.

I refuse to single one player out.
They've tried hard & competed to the best of their abilities, but the simple fact of the matter is, our players are not good enough to compete in the championship.
A handful are worth keeping, but this current team would likely take us to the 2nd division. They struggle to pass to their own team mates!
Voting for a player of the season: Jerry's worked hard (not been consistent but that's due to a lack of service). I'm voting for Andy Lyons, as he's a young player, making a big step up & has done well - 2nd top scorer as a fullback, playing half a season!
Well done Dobbs, no one could have done any better with what you have at your disposal.
The board have badly let us & the team down.

Used them both today. Terrible performance that undid all the good work in the first half.

Valid points. We had a conversation as to who we'd keep for next season and Lyons was one of the few. Not good enough.

It’s been a shambles from the very top to the bottom.I think the players ,management,directors and owner know it to be so.I’m looking forward to next season ( probably in league one ) where things hopefully will get better.
