Well they are wrong, it was an utter fluke, whereas the Rhodes miss was almost criminal, I’d stick him on the bench he doesn’t look like he has a goal in him at the moment.

Oh don’t get me wrong Lavery isn’t exactly clinical but he presses well and Rhodes could be more handy coming off the bench for the last half hour.

Ekpiteta shouldn't be putting that into his own net IMO.

As said in my post earlier, I wasn't sure from the north whether he was really unlucky or whether he could have done better.

He may be a bit unlucky but he should have done better.

The Forest 2nd goal he could have cleared too, but he's quite gangly and seems to find it hard to adjust his feet as quick as others.

He's great for last ditch tackles with the telescopic leg coming in last minute, as he did today actually, but for quick feet and passing, he's not the man.

Ekpieteta made 2 dodgy mistakes today not including their goal but he did make an excellent tackle after been left 2 on 1. He’s really good at defending but his first touch isn’t great and the longer he’s on the ball the worse he is. He was superb when we first got him.

It was a horrendous miss. His energy levels seem to have dropped a few notches. Lacklustre pen against Exeter as well.

I think Ballard and Keogh made him look better than he is.

It's not nonesense.

Have just watched on TTV with better quality. The way the ball dips looks almost like a deflection but may just be the flight of the ball. Have watched on repeat and the more you watch the less it looks like a initial deflection to me.

However Ekpiteta turned his foot towards goal. Playing a ball put across like that by sticking out a leg towards goal means you're likely to mess it up and quick feet isn't his thing.

But we drew because we were so wasteful, should never have mattered that goal.

Marv is, presently, a tad unlucky No one in their right mind can put the blame on him for that own goal. Unfortunate, it could have gone anywhere, and whilst I'm at it they made some excellent last ditch clearances, give credit where it's due to both their keeper, the time waster, and for a couple of line clearances by their players.
