Surely it depends if it's used as a noun....you're a real goblin you are; or as a verb, as in...I'm going goblin' tonight.

As someone has said, how can two words be a word of the year? Oxford University press desperately trying to be relevant with a (two) ‘cool’ word when there are already better words for the same thing.
