Surely we gotta start the day tomorrow with a full English breakfast?

What you having on yours?

I will start us off -
Bacon
Pouched egg
Plain pork sausage
Hash browns
Black pudding
Mushrooms
Fried bread
Oven roasted cherry tomatoes
A few beans to add a bit of juice.

A few rounds of butter lashed toast for dunking in the eggs, a pot of coffee and a juice glass of fresh orange juice.

Anything I have missed? What would you replace or omit?

I'd fry the eggs, but leave out the fried bread. Can take or leave the tomatoes and toast as well. Filling up on bread and fruit??

Will probably settle for a bacon and egg barm in real life.

I think we’ve got some bacon, sausages & tomatoes left in the caravan fridge & possibly a hash brown toast & coffee. Then return home for dinner time, should be all sorted out well before kickoff.

Tomorrow morning. Non league paper. Loads of coffee. But not much to eat.In my 40s. I get the impression that I would pile weight on. So I am paranoid about having too much.

Pouched egg whats one of them. 🥚😁

Full English for me is:

bacon
Fried eggs
Tomatoes
Mushrooms
Black pudding
Toast
Brown sauce

and a departure from traditional, coffee

Light breakfast, but going out mid afternoon for a full Sunday roast and a couple of drinks for my hirthday and to prepare for the match

Agreed but I have moved over to the dark side and married a Jock, Square also essential.
I’m up in Carlisle, so within spitting distance of the Scottish border.
Always makes me chuckle when Pool play Carlisle , as the chant aimed at the Carlisle fans is … ‘ You’re just a small town in Scotland ‘

even though their retort of ‘ you’re just a bus stop in Preston‘ is quite amusing.

What is it with these beans?! In my free, liberal and tolerant society I would ban baked beans in a full English and burn the perpetrators at the stake....whilst baking a nice potato, natch.

If I was on death row my last meal would be a full English. I love fried bread but avoid it for health reasons but I'd stuff it down in that situation. It would be smoky bacon 3 rashers, two sausages Cumberland or Lincolnshire, two fried bread, four toast, plumb tomatoes, black pudding, two poached eggs, two fried eggs, a small amount of beans and fried mushrooms. Full as a monks sack when off to be electrocuted, lovely

Another agreeing with beans. Filth. Tinned tomatoes though. Essential.
Actually Allez, from my maternal Grandmother....fry the sausages, bacon then eggs, then take local Toms, fry them to a puree and serve with the 'dip' (as it was always called), spread over the breakfast....superb!
PS. Those with a concern for their cholesterol may want to faint now.

Hence tomato dip 😊 Mum was from Glossop though and a Yorkshire dad.

I think a few on here could do with broadening their horizons tbh.

I never expected to witness breakfast prejudice on AVFTT, especially not on the eve of such an historic occasion… Gareth would be mortified.😮

Shandy

That's a good shout and you're definitely tempting me but I'm thinking steak and chips and a few add ons before I depart the planet.

Feck Lythams, I'll be round at yours in the morning.

I do prefer a coffee to a tea if that's OK ?
