Think it is a fairly average side, after the big 3 (Rory, Rahm and hov) there are players who blow hot and cold and the the two rookies are a little bit random

Have a horrible feeling that the septics are going to kick the European team backside this time

You only have to look at the difference in the captains picks to think we're in trouble . They have better quality.
The Solheim Cup will be closer and we've got a great chance in that.

Yes, you are wrong.

There are 4 rookies in the team this year! Straka, MacIntyre, Aberg and Hojgarrd.
3 players who blow hot and cold have won majors in Fitzpatrick, Rose and Lowry 😉 Fleetwood has done everything bar win in the states this year. Hatton is a cracking match player.
Ludvig Aberg is the hottest golfer finishes to starts since he turned pro.
Hojgarrd has been one of Europe's main players on the DP World tour this season and although MacIntyres form has dipped, he's shown he has the metel to be there or there abouts.
The only strange pick in my view is that of Straka who hasn't played in Europe for over 2 years and it used to be a thing that the Europeans picked players from the European tour.
He has however, won the John Deer this season so can hold his own against the Yanks.

It'll be closer than you think.
