Stoke seems to be the holy grail for a lot of championship players. They don’t achieve much but they pay absolute top whack championship wages there. Think Alex Neil is on 4M a year.
 
I thought they were better with him playing, glad he’s left them.
I had a look on penisonline earlier one clown said use the £200k to pay him, well that’s 10 weeks out of a year 😂

I do like the way the PNE site sometimes keeps the whole player thread alive, so you get the full journey. From "we signed a great player on a hefty fee and high wages" (club showing ambition), to "this player is rubbish and stealing a wage, my gran could have scored that" finally through to "can't believe they have been allowed to run their contract down and leave on a free" (club have failed as they were clearly a great player all along). I appreciate that DJ was signed for a low fee on the back of some very good scouting, but 20k a week? Seriously?
 
So....
Johnson...Their only creative midfielder has gone......probably to Stoke, where, at best, it's another mid table finish in the Championship....
The other guy???? would rather be 'unemployed' than sign a contract with PNE......Or did they just drop his wages ???

Riis...their 'star' striker has spent the last 6 months 'out injured' Maybe because the club turned down his 'reported' transfer in Jan?
What's the betting he will be fully fit at the start of this season.......Probably the same day he has his medical for a new club

Chad Evens......Doubt he will be back for the 22/23 season.

Lowe has about £40 - £50 to buy new players this season.....so it's going to be Loans.........or maybe David Nugent comes back!!!!

Do well this season, come the manager sackings that happen EVERY season.....I could see Lowe being tempted to jump ship..........Probably Stoke.
Do crap this season.......I could see Agent Ridsdale sack Lowe.....The fan(s) seem to hate him even more than Ridsdale

So....
No players left in the squad to be excited about.....They cant sell anyone.....Their best players last season, were loans
No money to buy anyone......Wages are dropping....so they wont be attracting any players
No future for the manager...Who's a dead man walking....as fan(s) don't like his type of football....

So...
THE GOOD NEWS.......They have Brad Potts.....and about 70,000 flags to wave at visiting fans this season.....😳

I think the term , ' scrolling past ' means you errm scroll past and do not detour to add a comment . You sir are a big fat fibber ...which of course you will never actually read because you are somewhere else on AVFFT. Having , once again, successfully scrolled past .
