I somehow twisted my knee just turning on the stairs three weeks ago, bloody nightmare, I’m having to walk up and down stairs one at a time keeping my injured leg straight. Getting in and out of the car, I’m like a woman with a short skirt, sitting down and getting up is a science. Using ice pack and doing what I can, but it’s not improving, so I do sympathise with anyone who has a knee injury
