Word of mouth and lowly results will kill this seasons chances of getting the fans back, especially now the feel good factor is well and truly buried.

I hate to judge people but Grayson looks inept, standing on the touchline with his hands in his pockets, he doesn't appear to have a response when things go bad..

Tonight the Gills touchline huddled together in conversation, switched the team around, bought on a sub and 10 mins later were in front..

It’s uninspiring to say the least both in the technical area and in the media. It’s probably exactly the same on the training ground and dressing room. His assistants are crap. Those lads need a hairdryer and what they will get is another presentation probably.

The thing is the feel good factor is gone for now. But everything but the football is improving so in some ways it's still there.

It could easily be back if we did bring someone positive in and started playing exciting football.

We have actually improved our squad.
