Great win. Team taking shape

Gabriel made a big difference with his overlaps and giving bowler more space. Stewart has been missed too, him and Wintle were excellent. Shout out to TJJ who I thought was great today and you coukd see him growing into it as he was getting more confident. Anderson was also very good too

The whole team looked better including Keogh! But they came to play football and we certainly do just that.
Playing them off the park may be an overstatement but we more than matched them.
The only problem is this league consists of the majority ,survive at any cost and the minority , proper football teams which we are shaping up to be and Fulham appear to be.
I expect Huddersfield and then Middleboro to be the former , rough ,dirty, long throw experts etc. Let,s hope we develop a strategy to beat them too.
Still it,s a super Saturday evening for a change .

Let:s not get carried away but appreciate where we were good. Fulham have got an excellent shape and have good movement. It's a credit to our niggly play and getting in their faces that this composure fell apart in the last quarter.
Their Management don't appear to have done their homework. Last season we were top notch at defending our box. We did the same today.
I think we'll improve. We played a team that wanted to play football today. Let's hope we can take this A game to all types of opposition.

Thought Gabriel and Bowler linked up really well together and defensively we were excellent. I'm concerned though at our attacking options. Lavery will be a handfull for most defences but Yates is struggling at the moment. Can't fault his work rate but my fear is that he might not cut it at this level. Time will tell and I hope that good things will start to happen for him.

Listening to BB on commentary, he noted how Yates was trying to do too much to help John-Jules and therefore was all over the pitch positionally.
