Grimshaw roasted.

Was mentioned on the commentary towards the end of the match Critchley was going mad at Grimshaw for trying to release the ball early.
At 1-1 and Grimshaw spotting a terrific run from Gabriel, he tried to set up a quick counter attack. Sums up how negative Critchley is, great result today but it doesn't cover up the fact Critchley's style of footy is boring and unimaginative.

Unfortunately, the ball was immediately won by Peterborough, therefore possession lost. Probably why Critch went mad!!

45 minutes after a fantastic battling performance and great result you have to scrape around to find something to have a dig about.

Grimmy is a young keeper with a good pedigree having learnt his trade through Man City's academy where hoofing is a cardinal sin. I'd actually speculate, possibly unfairly, that Grimmy's weakness with the ball at his feet probably contributed towards City letting him go. Sorry Dan if you think that is a bit harsh
In contrast Richard O'Donnell has had a career playing for lots of teams lower down the football pyramid where tactics are a bit more route one. He's also possibly less intimidated by Critch's instructions to play the ball short when his experience as a professional footballer tells him to leather it.
All IMO of course

Nonsense. Didn't happen. We were stood about 10 yards to his left. He was having a pop at the defending leading to Grimshaw having the ball. You might not have noticed through your rage, but we actually kept going and won by scoring late, not trying to protect the draw.

As if you can trust Chissy to get anything right.

One more thing on the commentary front. They were on the other side of the ground, so how would he know what was being said?

To be fair Chisnell wouldn’t know his arse from his elbow but is clearly a great judge of character as he knew Karl Oyston was a jolly good fellow and all the fans who dared criticise him were dirty rotten scoundrels
