Guess the number of points between now and the end of the season

Following our season trajectory (points per game) we’re going to pick up another 14 points.

Final total 42 points. Well away from safety. Probably bottom.

Our goals per game is starting to tail off as well so this could actually be an over estimate. ☠️
 
We'll finish 20th with 49 points 👍 4 more points this month, the same in March. April will be our best month with 10 points, then a final day win against Norwich as their season will be done and they'll play the kids.
 
Ditch hoof ball and start Poveda and Rogers every game 53 points or more for the season and survival. If hoofball is kept under 40 points for the season and relegation.
 
I still think he will get us winning. Nobody could expect to follow Appy and create a winning machine overnight.
Some players talk a good fight ( bet Maxwell is one) , each second half has been better than the first. He now knows better his best team. He can’t help Madine, Pacino etc getting sent off.
We have the nucleus of a good team. He isn’t instructing them to hoof the ball ,panic is. UTMP

I hope you are right, however McCarthy has done nothing so far to create anything like a “ winning machine “. We have been performing far worse in the last month than at any time under Appleton and our position at the bottom of the table, now 4 points from safety, is completely warranted. I agree, since mid Jan we do have the nucleus of a good team but we now need a Manager who is going to select a team to get the best out of our strengths and not continually expose our weaknesses. The buck stops with McCarthy and even with all of his experience he has so far not proved to be the Manager we need.

wow - I'm not sure you're watching the same stuff I saw on Saturday and last night. Knocking it long aimlessly into space is defo coached, it's his style. He is defo coaching the team to 'hoof' ball, I guarantee that.
