Seeing Nathan Lyon on that team sheet is somewhat unbelievable!!!

James Vince gone for 56 c Bruce b Lyon well jinxed!

On a side note does anyone else think Balderson is batting too high, we look a specialist batter light imo.

I see Prest and Liam Dawson (last season's players player of the season in the county championship) are now going great guns for Hampshire ☹️

Hang on got it, Salt is missing id play him for Bell thats whats missing. Also very disappointed with Hartley not bowling :(

Vince c Bruce b Lyon 56 ,110 for 3

Gubbins c Wells b Lyon 50 ,163 for 4

Prest c Bell b Wells 85 ,256 for 5

Brown c Bell b Williams 5 ,269 for 6

Dawson c Hurst b Bailey 86 ,352 for 8. Unfortunately that is 110 overs gone Hampshire 3 pts Lancashire 2. I’m now out for a few hours.

Yes I think he probably is . . . a great prospect who looks international class but should probably be one place lower.

Saying that he has opened before.

Commentators seem to think that this a nailed on draw. if Lanky can build a lead of 160, Nathan Lyon might yet do some damage on Day4.

The pitch is offering nothing at all for the bowlers so a draw is certainly the favourite.

I'd say the odds of a Lancs win are similar to our play off chances :)

I went yesterday but a day of 3 an over batting (from both teams) on a slow paced wicket doing nothing for the bowlers put me off returning today.

If Lancs are to do more than mid table we will have to accelerate our scoring rate. We will struggle to win 4 day games if it takes us 150-160 overs to score 500.
