In the first half we did. But whilst not giving up, they appeared to lose concentration & their passing reverted to type.
No lack of effort though, it's just that player for player, we're just not good enough for the championship.

Yeah agree the effort was there. They don’t seem to have given up hope. Just silly mistakes and soft passing cost us the game.

I think it’s more to do with the fact that after the woeful performance on Friday there has been an improvement 3 days later with a new manager

A little bit but pretty much on par with a typical away performance during this disastrous run. The second half performance today was up there with the worst of them.
