Not really that hard to believe. They chucked some money at it last summer and kept some of their better players including Woodman, Riis and Whiteman. Maybe not a lot compared to others in the Championship, but when was it ever a level playing field.

Seem to have been quite lucky at the start of the season which is why they're still up there, also in recent games some real fortunate breaks. Seem to get battered against good sides but somehow cling on.

OK still got to win the games, be solid etc, but look at the lucky breaks and deflections in 2 of the last games they won.
