Now if it was a top secret unscheduled flight that the club didn’t want anyone to know about it then fair enough.

Not every flight appears on Flight Radar. There's been a propeller plane going around in circles tonight for about half an hour and it wasn't appearing on there.

The police helicopter doesn’t show on flight radar for obvious reasons don’t want any do badders knowing where it is.
Some Police flights are shown on the military equivalent of flight radar.
Same as Army helicopter flights and some special military flights for security reasons you can’t track them all.
