I can't say I've ever had any real problems with it, but for those of you using it for the first time I'd suggest getting your code entered and your 'purchase' made ASAP - there's going to be tens / hundreds of thousands of fans all trying to do the same thing come 14:40 and if you do have any problems you won't be able to get the support (which is notoriously slow at the best of times apparently) to put it right. Do it now and then other fans or even the club will be able to help.

For the record mine's already in and worked a charm.
 
I was left puzzled when after putting my code in for todays game, that I still had to enter my card details.

Select on I player next game. Then down the left hand side you will need to enter your promo code and your card details, unless you put it through PayPal. Then select proceed. Hope this helps.
 
If you log into the BFC site and click on the next game / IFollow links it should show you a timer atm but later on you’ll be able to watch the match
 
Top Tips yet again, thanks folks would have left to last minute and caused you all to stand up as I made my way to my seat in the front room!

all set up raring to go, just need to get my footy shirt, shorts and socks on and decide which boots I’m wearing, might go for the thigh length!!!
 
You have to put in bald card details, but the promo code takes the charge to zero.

I didn't want to try PayPal because the button is before the promo code one.
 
The stream is open on IFollow so you can check if you are set up.

I've used PayPal since the Oystons f@cked off without any problems by the way
 
I'm up and running straight away with no hitches.
Still waiting to hear from ifollow about last weeks problems though.

Just says my password is in valid, which it isn’t as it’s copied and pasted from the email. Mildly frustrating.

I’ll have to make do with a very jerky iptv instead.
