I've just read Paul heckingbottoms comments re the disallowed goal and have a couple of observations for him to consider.
1. Reacquaint yourself with the offside rule. The player doesn't have to be between the goal and the keeper. It's between the goal and the last defender as well as the keeper.
2. If he couldn't see Billy Sharp in-between the shooter and Grimmy, maybe his team shouldn't have been wearing black because there were at least 3 players behind our last defender.

I understand his frustration but he should check his facts before opening his mouth.

So pleasing to read.

They’ve spent tens and tens of millions on compiling that squad. They shouldn’t have to rely on the ref overturning a rule they don’t understand just to get a victory.

Accept it PH, you just weren’t good enough against a team of freebies and lower league signings. The Imp master out thought you.

My thoughts exactly.
First rate whinger.
 
Don't be too harsh on Mr H. In their position they needed a win. This showed in the way they came out of the blocks. We did well to hold them until we got our game into gear. Behind closed doors I think he'll be relieved at the draw. In his position we would have 'needed' the win, regardless of the opposition.
 
Just to rub it in Mr Heckingbottom, you are talking about a team that you failed to beat and who took 4 points off you.

Fulham were given the same treatment, and I didn't hear them moaning.

Silva did a bit tbf...

Haven't lost to any of the relegated sides from the Premier so far with one game to pay.
 
That call could have gone either way so I understand his frustration. If it had been the other way round im sure Critch would have been similar in his after match interview.
