I’ve created the single sign on account and linked in my client reference number. All looks good.
I click on the ground and stand to access my existing seat and near enough everything is greyed out (until 30th June I’d assume.)
What am I missing please to renew. I expected that somewhere on my account I’d see my existing seat number and just click renew. Thanks
