Our upturn in results last season and our downturn in results this coincides with the loss of an experienced “ no 2” .
Nothing to speak of different in the level of performance or attitude.
Bad luck combined with a little naivety have cost us points. I am very happy with all aspects of the club . NC showed last night he is able to drag a group of players up from the bitterly disappointing result against Huddersfield and more than match the Championship form team BUT he desperately needs another pair of experienced eyes and ears to quietly reassure and question him... convey ideas and instructions to the players. Especially IF we get dragged into a relagation battle in the next couple of months.

Totally agree, I'm not sure what the other guy stood next to Critch does apart from saying yes boss.

I feel an experienced man would have had sufficient backbone to prevent that double defensive change on Sunday which completely changed the game... not necessarily the actual sending off.80 mins on the clock fine but not at 60.

While I agree those players are needed, I do not think we will see much movement in Jan.
We do not want another loan ike TJJ and most players contracts run to the summer. Rather scout them now and buy in summer.
I do not think we are a relegation candidate, but not good enough for staying with top 6
