Home Table v Away Table

Worrying thing there is we've played two more at home than away and until that record improves the home stat counts for very little.

If only NC would give it a go and set us up to play away as we do at home. Yes we'll lose a few games but we'll sure pick up more points than the way he has had the team set up away recently.

If our away form improves will it be at the detriment of our home form/results. I say give it a go and let's see

You can’t help but think we would have set up very differently had it been Reading away….to me we should be on the front foot attacking every team in this division home and away..of course we will lose some games but I’m confident we will win our fair share and be a much much better watch…time to attack teams on their own patch starting at Barnsley…think if Kenny is fit we start with the same 11 although I think Weir for Virtue could improve it further….time to go for it and stop worrying about the opposition and let them worry about us.

The fact is we haven't scored a single goal away from home in the league in 3 games this season. If you don't score goals you can't win games, unless you're rock solid at the back and play for a 0-0 you're in trouble. Something needs to change, the worry is we've played some bang average teams away from home and come away with nothing, we've also played some average teams at home and drawn.

Except the one that dopey linesman incorrectly chalked off.

Having a bad away record over 3 games isn't really a disaster is it? Especially as its only 2 games cos a point at Exeter is a pretty good result.

Also, I see Barnsley have lost 3 of their 5 home games.

Always good when there's a bit of doubt at home. It does now appear the ne'er-do-well's were a bit vocal in the criticism of Critch when we have the best home form in the league and whilst those draws against Port Vale and Orient were disappointing, who knows what difference those 2 points will make at the end of the season.

I looked at the Exeter forum at the weekend and they reckon Orient are the best side to visit their place in the league so far. Out of Blackpool Reading Orient Cheltenham. 4 relativeky easy hime games i guess. They beat Reading 2-1 in the league! Orient are a decent side i think. Port Vale too.

We need to sort out our away performances but we've only played 3 and Exeter wasn't too bad, first game.
