Just seen that the HOR accounts have been published. 335k of liabilities (I think the "loan"/payment/gift/whatever it really was from BFC was 327k). Is this money still due to the club or has it been written off?
 
Written off from the club's pov and they aren't going to chase the money, as they didn't think they had any chance of success
 
TBF if any Oyston companies are still liable to pay back those "loans", the club should, if possible, just just apply to the courts for a winding up order against all of them.
Would it show on the BFC accounts if there is still money owed?
