How much will Lavery be worth at end of season

My understanding of the clubs structure with players is we’re signing young quality players to hopefully sell on for good money unless obviously we’re going for promotion , my question is how much do our fans think lavery would be worth if his current goalscorimg form continues all season he reminds me a lot of a young Wayne Rooney . I would be diasapointed if we did sell him but it’s fully understandable. What do we think an acceptable price would be if we were willing to sell , I’d go for £10 million if his goalscorimg continued even maybe £15. I’d like to hear other fans views .
