We really needed another left footed centre-back in the transfer window. Callum Connolly is best replacement at the moment but is a little limited in that position. Thompson has to start, to provide balance on the left, if Hubby is not starting.

Hubby looked fine last night (as did Gary Madine).

The difference between Madine and Husband is that Madine isn't good enough to play for Blackpool FC anymore, fit or not.
