I have a question

I am the manager of a company of six people.

If one tests positive, what do I do?

I am not concerned about the financial implications, but whether we should then all self-isolate for 14 days.

I cannot find this on the NHS or Government websites, but it may be that I'm a little stressed.

I would think the rest of you are to carry on as normal unless displaying symptoms.

For example if a footballer or staff from the Premier League tests positive they are told to self isolate but not the whole squad so I’d say the above.

That said, if your six staff all work close together and unable to follow 2 metres guidance a lot then maybe you would be best all on sick pay but I’m edging towards what I said at the top of the message.

I work with 30 - 40 people. If one of them test positive they self isolate and the ones they live with (not work with) do also.

As long as they social distance at work no problem..

Alternatly they get tested these days. You can get all your staff tested then the ones that are negative carry on working.

The guideleines for "track and sort of trace" are have they spent 15 minutes or more within 2m of the affected person.
