Ian Holloway: "Erling Haaland would have scored 45 goals in my Blackpool team"
Ex-Blackpool gaffer Ian Holloway claims Haaland would have scored MORE goals for his former side than he did for Man City last season

Still better than some of the forwards we've had.I don’t think so, he’d have been about 10 years old
Which tub of lard ? Beattie, Reid or KornilenkoHis dad would have been better than the tub of lard we got from Rangers
I think that's what makes (some of them) so lovable. At a glance we looked like the Bash St kids but then we'd play football like an absolute dream.Which tub of lard ? Beattie, Reid or Kornilenko
Given Charlie was hardly the ultimate physical specimen and nor was GTF (although both had quality in abundance which made up for it) that Blackpool squad must go down as one of the most unathletic in the Premier League era

MaxwellSo in this Fantasy Football league do we have a different goalkeeper to Kingson??![]()
He always understood that a team of XI was better than eleven better quality individuals. Which has to be the maxim in any league. He got the absolute best out of the players and always told them they were good enough for the prem, giving them confidence to go n prove him right and the many doubters wrong. There was NO little Blackpool talk on his watch. It’s a pity subsequent managers didn’t go down the same road. N we find ourselves in league 1.
