You have to look at their league position and think that. Look at Derby last night .. walked past Northampton.
 
I believed at the start of the season that we have the best squad in the league. I still do. But I've completely re-aligned my expectations and expecting a mid table finish
Something needs to change, wether that be mentality, formation, manager I don't know, but we can't keep carrying on like this, plodding along week in week out with the same old

Didn't think we'd turn it around after another awful half
Didn't think we played particularly well other than a twenty minute second-half spell
Didn't think we'd kill them off after going in front
Didn't think NC would replicate his efforts in his first season back by engineering promotion
Didn't criticise BBC for suspecting there might be a FA Cup 1st. Round shock in Greater London this coming weekend
Didn't have an answer for my son at half-time, when he complained by text, that I was to blame for him making him endure a trek to the wilderness on a cold, wet Wednesday night to watch the team I forced him to support play like that.
Didn't expect the abuse I received from my child when I suggested I'll see him at Bolton
Didn't think I'd ever be so apathetic about an imminent Cup tie
Didn't think I'd be relieved to get a point there
Didn't want to watch us in the Championship next year anyway
Didn't think whiskey was the answer
Didn't want another one
Didn't feel as upset at 22-50 as an hour earlier

Critch did get us promoted when he was last here and comfortably kept us up, but this time round his tactics are baffling. I do wonder how much the experiences at Villa and QPR have damaged him, as he doesn't seem the same manager. He is even more cautious than before, his tinkering is infuriating and he doesn't play to our strengths unless his hand is forced. We had the game won tonight, and Fleetwood were literally on the ropes. He then reverted back to holding on to what we have. Everyone around us could see this was wrong and ultimately cost us two points. He won't go any time soon, but he needs to change the way he sets us up soon, as being mid table in this league is simply not good enough.
