We're looking at a month before any real noises are made, but he won't go beyond November before making any changes he thinks necessary.

Not really, as we said many times, clubs should always have their eye on their next manager, especially us given his sudden departure last time. With performances as they are, I’d be surprised if a list hasn’t been created
