Hi all,

Just purchased the game for this afternoon, but noticed it charged the £10 rather than accepting my promo code.

Has this happened to anyone previously? And if so, how do I go about getting the refund?

Me too. Email the EFL I follow email address and ask for a refund, quoting the code from the club.

That happened to me earlier in season. I ended up paying twice and they sent me a free pass.
