India v England World Cup cricket

Here we go another calamitous show guaranteed.

Well we won the toss if nothing else but have elected to bowl which itself is rather baffling. 🤷‍♂️

First time in the tournament that India have batted first.
Perhaps explains the decision to bowl on what the commentators are saying is a slow wicket.

Great start, first duck for Kohli. Fielding much better too. Almost a run out, scoring at 3.44 per over off first 9
Keep it up lads.

Edit, 40 for 3 off 11.5

It’s a typical England performance (so far) on the day we beat anyone but on another day they can lose to anyone as we’ve already seen (Afghanistan)
Already looking like Rohit could be the key wicket for England winning this game.

Loved it when Atherton at the break was bigging Root up saying he was our best hope against the spinners.
Guess we'll never know.

The cricket team should do everyone a favour and board the next flight home to Blighty and stop embarrassing us all.

Talk about hero's to zero's, it's like we've sent the local village pub team out there.

98-8
Livingstone gone for 27, close on review. The ball was only hitting half way up middle stump!!

Surely a total reset required after this old boys outing, with Salt or Duckett as captain)?

It's the end of a load of the squad and certainly the end of Butler as captain and the team coach/manager, needs a complete rebuild using the new players coming through.
