Inflation falls again

It would be like this with him holding him up.

"The British PM everybody"

Followed by Starmer saying I get on well with Donald...but he's wrong on some things...

Nothing weirder than a British person writing fanfic about Donald Trump

There's a problem with the Tories claiming that inflation rate is down to a very low level.
They got the level so high that inevitably if had to come down.
So now they are boasting about the level coming down.
A load of cr@p.

Exactly. Nothing to do with them when it went up, now claiming the credit for the inevitable drop off, ignoring the real damage it did when it went up. Prices are still rising.

As part of a united Europe it was far easier to tell the yanks to fŭckoff
But we wanted to take back control: control of inflation, control of house prices, domination of Parliament by the Executive which meant that our votes counted for very little. Yes, far better being a medium-sized country shouting in the wilderness than a major voice in a united Europe.

Luckily, our Chancellor this morning has defended his comment that a £100,000 salary isn't that much when you have mortgage and childcare costs. Good job we're all on that and more...

How can they claim to be in touch with the views of the populace when they are that deluded?

Your usual reminder that inflation going down means prices are still rising just more slowly. The rampant profiteering that has occurred is now baked in.
