Mine was on Orient but it wasn't scanned Saturday so I just unchecked it and checked it now it shows no team.

Still not been able to use my digital tickets to get into the ground. Ticket office are trying to get to a solution. Good job I got a plastic card.

So has mine I'll see what happens nearer the time but as we're away for this one it doesn't really matter. If I have to keep going back to the email to put it back into my wallet then that's poor. Hopefully it will all spring back to life. Otherwise I'll be arguing the toss for something more reliable.

go into settings, go to wallet and undo the "hide expired passes" should reappear in wallet

Mine is still saying Port Vale but I got into the Orient game without any problem.

Which might explain it. Surely the plastic card blocks the use of a phone.

Always use the plastic before the phone. The plastic costs £20 but lasts 2 years so that's £10 per season. Personally I think it's worth it for trouble access. Many will disagree with me . But hey - ho

I've got a Samsung Android phone and I'm IT semi-literate. I just turn up and point my phone at the sensor and it let's me in. It doesn't show which match is on or out like that.

My ST on my Android phone still says Burton Albion and still works just fine. Stop stressing over it, it'll work no matter what it says on the ticket.

Mine worked the first two games - Then the match against Leyton Orient it had vanished from my wallet and it was now in 'expired passes'.

Had to wait outside until 3pm and then they just let me in through one of the gates.

It is still in expired passes now and won't let me download again via the email so I imagine I am going to have a similar problem at the next home game...
