This season resembles Balls season in charge. All hype before the season, and we all thought promotion was on. We all know what happened, Mr Sadler you were there that season? Don't let history repeat itself......

The recruitment team go get the players Critch coaches them, he needs time and patience from the faithful. If we are still losing come christmas then I am sure a decision will be made, but we will be on the up by then.

I saw stuff crossed into the box today with very little getting on the end of it. Madine - good goal and lots of good hold up / lay off in the box. Yates - nowhere.

Some great balls in from Garbutt and Gabriel most landing on the penalty spot, but as you say nobody there to hit it

No Ball bought a load of has beens at the end of there careers that set us on a downward spiral. There was the 14 year old Irish lad eamon somet I think that Bally said was the next Pele but don’t think he ever played footy again.

I said last night in the "Critchley Horror Show" thread that this currently reminds me of watching us in the early 80's, but I didn't mean Bally's tenure specifically. Bally was player manager in 80/81 (I think), but like Hazi said, the team included ageing has-beens rather than young players. I also said that it's pointless calling for NC's head at this early stage, but a balance has to be struck between patience and L1 survival

Whilst I admire Hazi's positivity, I reckon Christmas would be leaving it a bit late if things haven't improved.
That's why I said 6 or 7 more games, which takes us towards the end of November; that would give us a Month more to turn things around if the team haven't gelled. But I hope Hazi is right and the new team gel and we start winning, as we have deserved to more than once so far.
