...to use the media to inform us that his extreme hatred of Meghan Markle extends to fantasising of her being paraded naked through every town in the UK whilst people throw excrement at her, or are such thoughts best kept to oneself?

Anybody think this is normal and justifiable behaviour from Clarkson, his editor, the Sun newspaper?

Does anyone deserve such public vilification?

I think that it illustrates that Harry and Meghan's complaints about their treatment have some objective validity. What a bizarre and frankly disturbing thing to think, let alone write. And a female 'newspaper' editor also decided to publish it, what a horrible thing to do.
Clarkson (and Morgan) went for a meal with Kings consort Camilla last week. It looks like these two events are related, why on earth would you entertain a couple of cockroaches who spend their time attacking your daughter-in-law almost to the point of obsession?

I like Clarkson usually, not sure if this is tongue in cheek or not, surely it must be? Otherwise it's obviously ** horrific and disturbing, although it's not far from what a lot of posters on here think.

At least he can now bond with Morgan and mend some fences, possible over a lovely plate of gammon.
 
Probably trying to keep himself, and the sun rag, relevant, but what a truly awful way for any human beings mind to work.
Also gives Harry and Meghan a clear justification for their hatred of the press.
 
He also said he hated Meghan more than he hated Rose West. That’s the Rose West who was complicit in the murder of god knows how many young women.
 
Strange thing to write and to print. I imagine it won’t have got in without quite a lot of scrutiny, so it makes me think it was done with a specific purpose in mind.
 
I have no time whatsoever for Meghan but Clarksons article was extremely concerning not only with his attack on her with extreme vindictiveness but to compare anyone with Rose West is really disturbing. How the Editor of the Sun let that slip under the radar is very unprofessional and I’m sure there will be some backlash over this.

Clarkson's made a career out of being controversial, insulting & often disgusting.
I'm not a royalist or a Markle fan, but in this instance (I've not read his comments) Clarkson has once again overstepped the mark.

I like Clarkson on TV in the same way I enjoy pantomime - just don't over think it.

BUT, I've not read the full article, but there's enough quotes on here to ask how that even entered his head. I wouldn't have come up with that scenario - ever. It's disgusting it really is.
 
I'd be surprised if nothing happened re Harry & Megan & the rest of the family, but where they have gone wrong is to use TV programs to announce things, I mean Netflix £££££££££ it puts everything in doubt & becomes a cash cow.

Clarkson and Morgan both have a very disturbing obsession over a woman who is about 20 years younger than them.

And they are both absolute 🛎️🔚’s as well.

I’ve also never watched Game of Thrones either.
 
Clarkson is a very nasty piece of work, in my opinion. There are several past examples of his bullying behaviour (including actual physical assault) but this is by far the worst. He is the justification for almost everything Haz and Megs have been saying about the nastiness of the gutter press.

No surprise that it’s a Murdoch rag willing to publish such abuse. I wonder if Rebekah Brooks (not convicted of phone hacking) will get sucked in? She’s part of the Chipping Norton set with Clarkson and runs News UK which owns the Sun. I trust she will feel the pressure to sack her mate.

Yes Clarkson was wrong to write it but the right-wing tabloids are so desperate for content these days that they are now swimming with sewer rates. Apologies to the rats.

I hope he gets sued for every penny he's got, and is never allowed to work again.

Same applies to Piss Moron too.

It's got massive publicity. That's his end game and will cynically exploit any opportunity to jump on a bandwagon.

Markle and ginger nuts are dishing the dirt out on Netflix about the racist royal family hot on the heels of HM death (not the best timing) and making a fortune out of it in the process so I’am not surprised someone has had the balls to say something to be honest.
Not a choice of words I would have used mind but I can understand his anger towards them as Clarkson has always been a staunch royalist.
90% of people in a recent survey said they would welcome these two to be stripped of all titles and privileges so Clarkson clearly not on his own here he just needs to control his big gob at times.
 
The best thing I can say about Clarkson is that he once punched Piers Morgan.

Actually it might’ve been twice.

But Piers maintains he was taken by surprise and sucker punched.
