Is mid table good enough

Cricket end doesn't have wooden seats now.
Aye, that's what I meant when I said they gave it a slight tarting up. They couldn't not, really, with how bad that end was.

I'd quite like both of them to come down tbh. Two more away days next season; Watford not for me.

Burnley are the standard that can be achieved for a ( smaii club ) , so in time I believe we can emulate them

We have the infrastructure now and a Club that will be run properly.

In the six decades I have been fortunate to watch OUR Club I have never been more optimistic for our future and already we have come so far under Simon Sadlers ownership and .Custodianship.
Burnley are the standard? I thought so a while back but now they've been bought by some Yanks on a leveraged buy-out which means, as always, the fans will bear the cost of the debt. No I don't see Burnley as the standard. I see Sadler as the standard and back him full tilt.

Football is a capricious mistress. Expecting stuff is a fools game. Just enjoy it. That's the point.

I would have taken 21st place at the start of the season, I think by mid-season I had changed that to wanting a mid-table and finish above PNE but despite some poor performances a few games back, I am a bit disappointed that we're not 6 points better off and a win against Barnsley would keep us in the Play Off hunt. Wouldn't want the Play Offs this season as I don't think we are ready both on and off the field for another stab at the Prem - when we get back there I'd like us to be a good, solid side and maybe even winning automatic for a change?

We are.likely going to finish 11 places higher as a minimum in the overall League standings of 1-92 than last season and after climbing into a higher division and playing all season with a raft of injuries and young players requiring experience.

Compared to the end of 2019-20 we are 21 places higher up the ladder.

I think that's a stellar dividend on investment to date. With some astute higher quality purchases in smaller numbers the only way is up.

Another 10/11 place climb next season we are in and around the play offs and even if it takes 2 seasons we will be richer for the experience and I'm guessing this will be the horizon for the club currently.

Get the foundations in place (finish the stadium, new training ground).

Improve of this seasons finish (if we finish 16th I’d be happy with any position above next season.)

A cup run would be nice and wins against all our Lancashire neighbours. Lots to be positive about the club

HUdddersfield and Luton weren’t fancied much this season or Barnsley last - we have a great record of getting into the playoffs and coming out on top

We dare to dream
