The owner has given him unsackable status and a 4 year contract
No he hasn’t .The owner has given him unsackable status and a 4 year contract
If that's the case we should all stick together and worship at the wheel of NeilHe will be gone when Sadler decides.
He’s not unsackable, SS just has a higher tolerance level for him than the fans do.
Just goes to show how opinions differ, as for our two most physical players for me the beast & beeez were probably the worst striking combination the dullard could have pickedFooking hope not. It would be daft of Sadler to ostracise a big chunk of his customers. The atmosphere again was terrible today, we were outsung most of the game by 600-700 Southern softees.
I was delighted for the first time with the starting line-up, no Norburn! But Critchley did his best to disrupt us when we were winning, playing well, keeping possession and taking off our 2 most physical strikers against a team of giant battlers and putting on a quite dreadful Lavery and a headless chicken Joseph. Again we were hanging on because we couldn't keep the ball.
Very odd. Why did he take Coulson off (who was very dangerous, pretty much terrorised Cambridge first half) for Gabriel and then switch CJ to left wing back? The obvious switch was a straight swap Gabriel for CJ??Critch kept CJ on for 90 mins.... that's all I can say
Even I thought CJ needed subbing today. Just wasn't on it at all. Looked promising for the first twenty minutes as wellCritch kept CJ on for 90 mins.... that's all I can say
Do you ever post, or do you just sit there gorping and sniping at people that do?Ridiculous op, of course he isn't.
No. I either agree or disagree at posts. You obviously don't like those that disagree with your posts. I suggest you shouldn't bother posting if you can't accept that.Do you ever post, or do you just sit there gorping and sniping at people that do?
I'd hazard a guess it was to do with his recent injury and not due to his contribution which like you say was pretty good 1st half.Very odd. Why did he take Coulson off (who was very dangerous, pretty much terrorised Cambridge first half) for Gabriel and then switch CJ to left wing back? The obvious switch was a straight swap Gabriel for CJ??
The mind bogglesVery odd. Why did he take Coulson off (who was very dangerous, pretty much terrorised Cambridge first half) for Gabriel and then switch CJ to left wing back? The obvious switch was a straight swap Gabriel for CJ??
He doesn't seem like a man that is desperate to finish in the top 6 and he hasn't all season. Basically he's just a boring f**cu*t.At a guess there will be clauses in Critch's contract, I'd suggest cause no1 or thereabouts would be a top 6 finish this season as we can still mathematically achieve that I'd suggest again Critch is currently safe. When the target is mathematically unattainable I'd then guess we'll see what Simon truly thinks and his manager for next season. For me I'd insist Critch gets a good No2 or he moves on if he chooses the former give him the first 10 games of next season or so and adapt his contract accordingly ...

A pig just flew over Newbury.A failed Aston Villa cone boy and someone who absolutely bombed at QPR, no, he's destined to spend his career picking up lower league jobs until he eventually ends up back at Academy level. He needs to wake up and realise what his team is churning out and have some sort of epiphany over the summer. If he got a team that was fearless home and away, coached a formation that suits our players and gave them flexibility and confidence, you'd probably see adoration pouring from the stands. A big summer awaits..
And neither Beesley or Kouassi posses the most important thing in a striker, a consistent goal threat.Just goes to show how opinions differ, as for our two most physical players for me the beast & beeez were probably the worst striking combination the dullard could have picked
I don’t class beeez as physical but he can be effective with say lavery ( who would score a few if he actually shot rather than playing it safe and laying it off)
I had high hopes for kouasi but he wanders about with his daft ponytail swishing in the wind getting pushed over by much smaller players, his main contribution seems to be trying to intimidate the opposition keeper
Simon saysWhy is he unsackable. Just out of interest?

People like you stink this board outWinner of the dim whitted thread title of the week....BillyRonsonNo7!
Lol someone who gets itYes. He’s much bigger
He’s one of the few who bring the ball out of defence with paceI'd hazard a guess it was to do with his recent injury and not due to his contribution which like you say was pretty good 1st half.
Only just got up and read that as statue rather than status!! His would probably go behind Matthews statue in the hole!!The owner has given him unsackable status and a 4 year contract
No mate, people like you do. In what reality do you ask if Neil Critchley is bigger than BFC? It's moronic at best, attention seeking certainly and just plain stupid.People like you stink this board out
Yes, we don’t know, but I’d be very disappointed if they didn’t say too 6 minimumIt's not Critch versus the club though, it's Critch versus the expectations set out by the board. I'm not sure those are so readily available, but maybe top ~8 was deemed acceptable after losing significant assets in the summer?
